Vittoria Technology Secures Support from Signify Foundation to Expand Energy Access & Community Lighting

September 23, 2025 — Vittoria Technology is excited to secure strategic funding support from the Signify Foundation to accelerate deployment and sustainability of community energy and lighting projects in Sub-Saharan Africa. The €150,000 working-capital facility will expand Vittoria Technology’s Battery Bank Africa “storage-as-a-service” model to provide affordable, scalable energy storage for commercial operators serving rural mini-grids, schools, healthcare centers, public streetlighting, and productive-use businesses.

This milestone strengthens Vittoria Technology’s mission to deliver clean, affordable, and reliable energy to underserved communities through its Battery Bank Africa platform while leveraging lighting as a catalyst for safer learning, improved healthcare, and local economic opportunity.

This successful funding raise was made possible with the strategic support and advisory services of Newvest Consulting and Nyansa Consulting, whose guidance was instrumental in navigating the fundraising process and achieving this milestone.
